By installing or using I am rich - Wallet ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is non-custodial. Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored only on your device. We never hold, see, or have the ability to access them.
We cannot recover your wallet, reverse a transaction, or restore a lost recovery phrase. If you lose it, your funds are permanently inaccessible. Back it up offline and never share it with anyone — including anyone claiming to be support.
The App does not buy, sell, hold or exchange crypto assets on your behalf and provides no investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any asset. The name "I am rich" is branding and is not a claim, promise or projection of any financial outcome.
Swaps, fiat purchases, blockchain data and dApp connections are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, fees, identity checks or conduct. Review their terms before use.
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Networks can congest, fork or fail. Smart contracts and tokens may contain defects or be malicious. Only add tokens and connect to applications you trust, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
You agree to use the App lawfully and to comply with the laws that apply to you, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and tax obligations. You must be at least 18 years old.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party service will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of crypto assets, loss of a recovery phrase, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date will change and the revised terms will be published at this URL. Continued use means acceptance.
